The office is located in a quiet, brick building across from St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church and near the YMCA in downtown Jackson. The parking lot and entrance are at the rear of the building, accessible from Mechanic St. We share an entrance with ‘partnership park chiropractic.’

Please print forms, read all policies, and bring with you to your first appointment along with insurance card/s. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you for support.

When you arrive, enter the waiting room to the left and make yourself comfortable. Help yourself to beverages. Your provider will greet you at your appointment time.

If you do not bring paperwork with you, paperwork will be available on the entry table for you.

From the north:

Take US-127 S to Jackson.
Continue onto West Ave/US-127 BUS S for approx 2.5 miles.
Turn left onto Michigan Ave for approx 1 mile.
Branch right onto Washington Ave for approx 1 mile.
Turn right onto S Mechanic St. The parking lot entrance is 1 block on the left just past the Wesley cross-street.
Parking is in back of building.

From the south:

Take US-127 N to Jackson.
Use right lane to continue onto M-50 W/US-127 BUS N for approx 3 miles.
Turn left onto E Franklin St for 3 blocks.
Turn right onto S Mechanic St. The parking lot entrance is on the right before Wesley St.
Parking is in back of building.
